What is the Outside the Lines Mentorship Program?
Outside the Lines is a mentorship program designed to support both baseball players and their parents. We focus on the parts of baseball that happen outside the lines of the field — confidence, mindset, preparation, adversity, routines, player development, and long-term planning.
Players get personalized guidance from former professional baseball player Jacob McCaskey, and parents receive support from Jim McCaskey, who has lived the entire journey as a baseball parent. -
